Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Calutide 50 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Before taking bicalutamide, tell your doctor if you have any liver disease.
Bicalutamide may cause serious liver dysfunction (with symptoms of abdominal pain, anorexia, dark urine, fatigue, jaundice, nausea, vomiting). Stop taking Bicalutamide and call your doctor if you experience any such symptoms.
If you have an objective progression of disease together with elevated PSA, seek immediate medical advice, as you may have to stop bicalutamide treatment.You should not take calutide 50 mg if you have rare hereditary problems of galactose intolerance, the Lapp lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption.

Diabetes Mellitus – The combination of Calutide 50mg Tablet and GnRH agonists should be used with caution in patients with a history of diabetes mellitus due to the increased risk of elevated blood glucose levels. Close monitoring of blood glucose levels is recommended for these patients.
