Temonat 20mg Capsule is an anticancer agent used in the treatment of certain types of brain cancers. Temonat 20mg should be used with caution in patients with a known history of hepatic and renal impairment. It is not recommended for use in children under 3 years of age.

Blood cell count – This medicine should be used with caution due to the increased risk of very low blood cell counts. Close monitoring of blood cell counts is necessary during treatment with this medicine. Appropriate dose adjustments or discontinuation of therapy may be required based on the clinical condition.
Impaired kidney function – Temonat 20 mg Capsule should be used with caution in patients with a history of kidney disease due to the increased risk of severe adverse effects. Appropriate dose adjustments or replacement with a suitable alternative may be required based on the clinical condition.
